About a year before working with White Iron Data, we did an analysis of our website. We learned it was not search engine or user-friendly and it was poorly designed for our cliental. We knew we needed a new website and we knew we needed to focus on higher visibility and better usability.

We use their proprietary content management system. It allows us to make changes to our website without needing to understand code or hire an expensive web consultant. We also use their "FAQ" and "News" tools, which both integrate nicely into the content management system. Implementing the CMS, FAQ, and News products has increased the quality of our leads, they've reduced administrative burdens on our staff, and they've allowed us to provide our prospective and current residents with access to critical information 24 hours a day.
